How do I get started?
Create an account with your email and password, then log your first symptom check-in and a weigh-in. Your dashboard fills in as you log.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all of your data (profile, check-ins, injections, weights, and notes) from our servers.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
Free shows your last 30 days. Premium unlocks your full history, the doctor-ready PDF synthesis, and the Plateau Breaker, Titration Companion, and Food-Noise tools.
Is Pace medical advice?
No. Pace is a tracking and reference tool, not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice. Always talk to your prescriber about your treatment.
How is my data protected?
